Returns

We are committed to ensuring your returns and refunds are processed speedily and efficiently.

If you would like to return your item, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to the return address on your delivery document.

You must cover the cost of returning the product. Note: We recommend that you send it by a tracked service as we can’t take responsibly for anything lost in the post unless it has been tracked.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in – unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?

To return a product you must select the 'Request Return' button by your order in My Orders in your My Account. 

Returns are processed within 7 – 14 days of a return being approved.

Please note: Refunds can only be processed to your original payment method.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Where you are outside the statutory time period to return your order. If you want to return a product, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to the brand in question.
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics.
  • Intimates including shapewear, swimwear, bras, underwear, hosiery and sale items.
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers).
  • Free gifts.
  • Note: If a product is in a sale or discounted the product may be non-refundable. Please refer to the product page for details.
